Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must:

- Maintain valid vehicle documents.
- Follow traffic laws.
- Provide safe transportation.
- Maintain professional conduct.
Payments
Ride fares are calculated automatically through the platform.
Additional charges may include:
- Waiting charges
- Toll charges
- Cancellation fees (if applicable)
Account Suspension
RYDOVO may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Fake bookings
- Misconduct
- Violation of these Terms
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software and content belong to RYDOVO.
Limitation of Liability
RYDOVO acts as a technology platform connecting Riders and Drivers.
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from driver or rider conduct beyond applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
