Driver Cancellation

Drivers may cancel rides under valid operational circumstances.

Repeated unnecessary cancellations may result in account action.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Failed payments
  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect fare calculations
  • Technical issues

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for:
