How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address (if available)
- Whether you are a Rider or Driver
- Reason for account deletion (optional)
Our support team will verify your identity before processing your request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
After your request is approved, we will permanently delete:
- Your Account Profile
- Personal Information
- Profile Photo
- Saved Addresses
- Ride Preferences
- Driver Profile Information
- Vehicle Information
- Uploaded Documents (where legally permitted)
- Notification Preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Completed Ride History
- Payment Records
- Transaction History

Processing Time
Most account deletion requests are completed within 7 business days after successful identity verification.
Effect of Account Deletion
Once your account has been deleted:

- Any unused promotions or rewards may be permanently lost.
