Delete Your RYDOVO Account

At RYDOVO, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. You may request the deletion of your Rider or Driver account at any time.


How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address (if available)
  • Whether you are a Rider or Driver
  • Reason for account deletion (optional)

Our support team will verify your identity before processing your request.


What Data Will Be Deleted

After your request is approved, we will permanently delete:

  • Your Account Profile
  • Personal Information
  • Profile Photo
  • Saved Addresses
  • Ride Preferences
  • Driver Profile Information
  • Vehicle Information
  • Uploaded Documents (where legally permitted)
  • Notification Preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Completed Ride History
  • Payment Records
  • Transaction History
  • Tax and Accounting Records
  • Fraud Prevention Records
  • Legal Compliance Records

This information will only be retained for the minimum period required by applicable laws.


Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are completed within 7 business days after successful identity verification.


Effect of Account Deletion

Once your account has been deleted:

  • Your account cannot be recovered.
  • You will no longer be able to access RYDOVO services using that account.
  • Any unused promotions or rewards may be permanently lost.
  • Some legal records may continue to be retained as described above.
