How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Rydovo account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@limtechno.com
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - Include the following information:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your full name
- Whether you are a Rider or Driver
Our support team will verify your request before processing it.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request has been verified and approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Rider or Driver profile
- Name and contact information
- Registered mobile number
- Saved addresses
- Profile photo (if available)
- App preferences
- Device information associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Ride history and trip records
- Payment and transaction records
- Tax and accounting records
- Fraud prevention and security logs
- Information required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
This retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 working days after successful verification of the account owner.
